Pole Sport & Fitness Level 1

You are on your way to getting your wings. In this class, you will learn poses, spins, floor work and be introduced to basic climb techniques, combining them into short combinations. Pole Sport & Fitness improves your cardio,  works your core, increases your overall strength and increases your stamina. No prior strength, flexibility or dance skills is needed to start, and you don't have to be fit or be able to lift yourself. Be ready to have a great work out, build strength and fitness while having lots of fun. What to wear? A comfortable pair of shorts (above the knee is best), singlet or t-shirt and bare feet or socks. Please refer to the FAQ section of this website for more information, minimum class numbers, terms and conditions.

Pole Sport & Fitness Level 2

In this level you will now get a little more air time and be able to stretch your wings. You have now mastered or nearly mastered all the beginner moves and are ready to link them together in longer combinations, building strength, cardio and flexibility. Adding in different climbing techniques, start to learn handstands and floor work, preparing for and learning to do a basic invert on the pole, getting ready to fly high. Prerequisites: You must have completed Pole Sport & Fitness Level 1 with your instructor advising you can enroll or passed a pre-enrolment assessment to enroll in this class. Pole Sport & Fitness Level 3 & 4

This is a combined level 3 & 4,  for those who are unable to attend the individual level classes.
Level 3 is all about getting confident in the air and you are really starting to fly high. You will begin to learn shoulder mounts, inverted straddles, start to prepare for handsprings and learn splits on the pole. It’s all about perfecting your flying technique, strengthening your wings and combining your skills in more complex combinations and routines.
Level 4 is now getting a bit more extreme. You have really earned your wings and are flying high. You have now mastered the flying techniques previously learned and are now ready to combine them into more complex combinations, learning inverted combinations and routines. Most of the tricks in this class are in the air.
Prerequisites: You must have completed Pole Sport & Fitness Level 1 & 2  for Level 3 or Level 1, 2, & 3 for Level 4 curriculum. Your instructor will advise you on which level to enroll in or you have passed a pre-enrolment assessment.
