Pole Sport & Fitness Practice

Want to practice what you have learned in class? you know what they say practice makes progress. This supervised practice class is for all levels. This class is not to learn new tricks but to practice, improve your technique and continue to increase your strength. This 60 minute class is open to all current Pole & Fitness term members of all levels. If you are not a current term members please message us to organise your spot and payment. Buns N Guns

Our Buns N Guns class is a 30 minute resistance band exercise class. Classes consist of approximately 20 minutes of fabulous tunes and easy to follow dance based band exercises, followed by 10 mins of pure arms, booty & ab work. Laugh, squat & strengthen your arms, glutes, legs and core, you will finish feeling utterly amazing. Chair Acro & Dance

Chair Acro & Dance is an exciting combination of acrobatics tricks, poses and flow on and around a chair.  This 60 minute class helps build your strength, tone muscles, improve your balance and flexibility in a fun way.  No need to be a contortionist to join, everyone is welcome. Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is perfect for anyone and everyone. Especially for those who would like to exercise or participate in yoga but don't want to or have challenges getting down or back up again from the yoga mat and the floor.  Its ideal if you are travelling, sitting at a desk, a bit older or less mobile or flexible, living with a disability, doing rehab, managing an injury or pre/post natal, Chair Yoga is for you. Any chair anywhere. You are ALWAYS able to participate in your own unique way. We teach the Lakshmi Voelker (LV) Chair Yoga style which uses the traditional yoga poses adapted for sitting a chair, if you can sit in a chair you can practice Chair Yoga. Class is approximately 45 minutes.

Fantastic Feather Fans

Fantastic Feather Fans, in this 60 minute class you will learn to hold your fans, some basic techniques and combinations. Twirling, swirling and fluttering your fans into a short routine. Pole Sport & Fitness Doubles

Pole sport & Fitness Doubles is a sport unto itself and every bit of impressive as the individual Pole Sport & Fitness we know and love, with an added challenge of working with a partner. In this 60 minute class, you will learn poses, spins, and be introduced to basic climb techniques, combining them into short combinations. Pole Sport & Fitness improves your cardio, works your core, increases your overall strength and increases your stamina. Be ready to have a great work out, build strength and fitness while having lots of fun. What to wear? A comfortable pair of shorts (above the knee is best), singlet or t-shirt and bare feet or socks. You must have completed Pole Sport & Fitness level 1 to participate in this class. Bounce Express

Bounce Express is a quick 30-minute class is perfect for those with busy schedules who still want an effective workout in a short time. Express is still the same FUN, FABULOUS & FANTASTIC bounce class, just in a condensed version of the usual 60-minute session. You'll still be dancing, jumping, bouncing, and stomping to chart-topping music, and even your face muscles will get a workout. Suitable for all shapes and sizes, with numerous adaptations to fit any age and fitness level. So, jump on board and sign up!

Silk Fan Veils

Nothing beats the mesmerizing beauty of silk fan veils. In this 60 minute beginner class you will learn to hold your fans, basic silk fan veil moves, including flutters, waves, and some easy combinations, combining them into a short routine. Pole Silks

Pole silks is a combination of some classical pole moves and some classical silks moves, combining or fusing both together. In this 60 minute class you will learn spinning moves, static poses, inverted positions and some transitions in a novel and fun form of aerial exercise. You must have completed Pole Sport & Fitness level 1 to participate in this class.
