Pole Sport & Fitness Practice

Want to practice what you have learned in class? you know what they say practice makes perfect. This supervised practice class is for all levels. This class is not to learn new tricks but to practice, perfect your technique and continue to increase your strength. This 60 minute class is open to all current students of all levels. If you are not a current term member please message us to organise your spot and payment. Students are responsible for their own warm up and cool down. Please refer to the FAQ section of this website for more information, terms and conditions.

Boogie Bounce Express

Boogie Bounce Express is a FUN, FABULOUS & FANTASTIC quick 30 minute exercise program on a mini trampoline with a safety T-Bar handle, choreographed to a pumping mix of hit music. Boogie Bounce delivers a full body cardio workout, and is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes.
