Want to practice what you have learned in class? you know what they say practice makes progress. This supervised practice class is for all levels. This class is not to learn new tricks but to practice, improve your technique and continue to increase your strength. This 60 minute class is open to all current Pole & Fitness term members of all levels. If you are not a current term members please message us to organise your spot and payment. Nothing beats the mesmerizing beauty of silk fan veils. In this 60 minute beginner class you will learn to hold your fans, basic silk fan veil moves, including flutters, waves, and some easy combinations, combining them into a short routine. Silk fans are available for you to use in this class but you are also welcome to bring your own. Please refer to the FAQ section of this website for more information, terms and conditions.
Pole silks is a combination of some classical pole moves and some classical silks moves, combining or fusing both together. In this 60 minute class you will learn spinning moves, static poses, inverted positions and some transitions in a novel and fun form of aerial exercise. You must have completed Pole Sport & Fitness level 1 to participate in this class. This is to ensure you have a basic understanding of some of the pole terminology and moves.
